I think March was a very productive month for me. I wrote lots of features for newspapers and magazines and did many book reviews in newspapers. And I also submitted my books to various Indian publishers
and got good responses. I hope April will be as productive.
Looks like the pandemic is behind us. Fingers crossed
that things stay the same as they are now.
As the first Wednesday of the month rolls into view, it’s
time for another IWSG (Insecure Writers Support Group) post. IWSG was formed by
Alex J Cavanaugh, the author of Amazon Bestsellers
: CassaStar, CassaStorm, CassaFire and Dragon of the Stars. The IWSG
website is packed with writing related posts. To read the other IWSG posts,

April 6 question - Have any of your
books been made into audio books? If so, what is the main challenge in
producing an audiobook?
The awesome co-hosts for the April 6 posting of the
IWSG are Joylene Nowell Butler, Jemima Pett, Patricia Josephine, Louise –Fundy Blue and Kim Lajevardi.
So far I have
just one audio book - Festival Stories Through The Year. My publisher Harper Collins Children’s
Book India brought out the audio book during the first pandemic lockdown in 2020. Luckily for me, HCI handled everything.
What about you all? How did you all handle the audio
book challenges?
That does sound like a productive March - keep the ball rolling. And cool you have an audio book.
ReplyDeleteYou have been very busy - that's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed that the worst of the pandemic is behind us.
That's great you have had such a productive month. And it's awesome that you have an audio book.
ReplyDeleteAs an indie author, the audio process is $$$ and intimidating. Haven't venture there yet :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on a great month & hope that trend continues!
Wow, you've been busy, Rachna. I guess I have too, but not as productive as you've been. Happy IWSG day.
ReplyDeleteBusy and productive - a great combo! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteGreat that you have an audiobook...a great acomplishment. And I'm always amazed how productive you are.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on having a productive March! I'm so glad for your continued success.
ReplyDeleteHappy writing in April!
If your April is even half as productive as your March, you're going to do awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a productive, positive month!!
ReplyDeleteHello Rachna. Audiobooks are out of range for most self-published authors. I'll do it sometime in the future though. A whole market out there.
ReplyDeleteI sure hope the pandemic is behind you. You have had a very productive month. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, Rachna! You've accomplished a lot in March. I hope you're right about the pandemic. It's been overshadowed by world events recently, and I hope it doesn't sneak up with a new variation that slams us again. Take care!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on a great March! No audio books from me... yet.
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy! I hope to do audiobooks as soon as I retire. Cross our fingers that Covid is going away!
ReplyDeleteYay for all the productivity! I haven't gotten into audiobooks yet but hope to at some point. I sure hope we're on the downside of Covid. It's been a loooooong two years.
ReplyDeleteThat is a productive month. I hope the busyness carries on for you and I hope you have more audiobooks too.
